Someone wrote a post that included a nice systemctl .service file for
running instance(s) of openob as daemons under Ubuntu systemctl. It was
a very cool implementation, with thought out after clauses and restart.
a great way to be sure they are started properly and hook to the correct
jack ports, and to keep track of multiple links.
Could you post it again, as I have been unable to locate it in the threads?

I am having difficulty getting prerequisites loaded on a raspberry pi 4.
I've fixed this problem before but I cant seem to remember how I did it!
Help please.
As an update for you all, I gave up on the Behringer UCA202s and its
inherent mono problem have substituted a HifiBerry DAC+ ADC Pro for the
input to the transmitter side, and a DAC+ Pro XLR for the output at the
receiver side.

Update FYI.
Yesterday had the Zeroteir connected system running all day, heard no
drop-outs with the streaming!.
Both ends of RasPi4's OpenOB's and Zeroteir have, start at boot scripts,
today I powered system up again ( in no particular order) the 4G router,
it's streaming RasPi4 OpenOB, the receiver RasPi4 OpenOB, all OB and
Zerotier systems auto connected and started streaming. Looks good.

I'm working with a community radio station and looking for suggestions
on how best to receive the OpenOB streams from (4) remote studios to
the hub studio (single fixed IP).
The remote studios have RasPi4 OpenOB senders, the hub end will be (4)
RasPi4 OpenOB receivers, audio from each receiver will be selectable, as
required, for re-broadcast on the main FM Station. The audio switching
at the hub end all figured out and tested.
All remote studios have broadband service (Satellite and no fixed IP), I
have a single test site that has been streaming for the past couple of
months and works fine.
However I have not resolved how best to now get the (4) OpenOB remote
studios, sending to the single fixed IP at the hub end and received on
their respective RasPi OpenOB receivers.
After experiencing one hack on the test stream's exposed redis server
(not surprised), It is now obvious I will now need to secure all the
streams on a working system. I have looked at a couple of options, such
as a local OpenVPN server, OpenVPN with IPvanish server, spiped or
Zerotier (as suggested by Klaus),.
With many options, I am looking for guidance at this point on best way
to go. Any help, comments or suggestions would be most welcome.

I'm currently working on a project which integrates OpenOB in a python
program. I have a "start" button to run a link in a thread. Is there any
way to stop the link without exiting the whole program.
I tried to implement this in the code, but the node keeps restarting when
shut down.
Any clue ?
