Point taken, however for this application, low cost of dedicated RasPi's
makes for simplified stream switching from the studio console,
broadcaster can also cue any of the streams, before crossover switching.
Also do have the bandwidth to run them all the time.
With the other point you raised "pushing data to a cloud and then back
out again", from what I read, doing this double hop, gives another layer
of protection, hides the studio hub true IP ?.
Now that I got this working through Zerotier, I can now play with
openvpn as a comparison.
